Cadwell Developments had to excavate all the existing terracing, lay drainage and re-wire for outside lighting and supply to pool and re-level the stairs from the top of the property to the lower swimming pool level; then rebuild all the retaining walls and repair extensive cracking in the walls on the bottom border of the house.

The work was complicated by impossible access for earth moving equipment and skip lorries so all the excavation was carried out manually and removed by crane lorry!
