Our aluminium work is carried out by a local company which makes everything they fit in house. Although we have a carpenter in house, we also use a marvellous local carpenter in Pollença to make replacement windows, doors and bespoke furniture.

All renovation work is subject to planning permission the extent and importance of which depends on the location of the property to be renovated.
