Cadwell Developments has steadily increased its workload and customer base over the last 13 years despite the recession.  Its commitment to work of a consistently high quality has cemented its excellent reputation amongst the local Mallorcan and expatriate population in and around Puerto Pollensa in the North of the island.

Now, however, property owners across the island are also retaining Cadwell Developments to undertake all types of building and renovation projects, from redesigning kitchens and bathrooms, upgrading electrical installations and general renovation work to complete refurbishments: gutting existing apartments/houses and upgrading plumbing and heating installations as well as fitting new interior and exterior carpentry, re-tiling throughout, extensive garden and pool terracing and re-roofing.

Clients are secure in the knowledge that, not only will the work be well done, but also that it will be completed on schedule with minimum fuss and be problem free.

In addition to a team of builders and local, quality tradesmen, Cadwell Developments also works closely with contacts in the Planning Department of various local councils and with local electrical engineer Miquel Morro and the Pollença based architect, Bartolomeu Cifre Bennàssar, where necessary.

Cadwell Developments also offers a property search service for those looking to invest in property in the area surrounding Puerto Pollensa. The idea is to identify property that is well located, in need of modernisation and attractively priced.

Information about prospective properties is forwarded to the client, who then carries on the negotiation with the respective agents. Mostly, our clients are looking for family holiday homes and are prepared to wait to find the right property.

Currently, we have identified a number of interesting properties in and around Puerto Pollensa and we are in discussions with clients regarding them.  These properties all require a level of modernisation and it is hoped that Cadwell Developments will undertake all the necessary renovation work.
