About Cadwell
Cadwell Developments is a second generation, family run business of English speaking builders in the Pollensa area of North Mallorca, which has been in operation for the last 20 years.
We are builders and project managers and have, in that time, undertaken a wide brief of interior and exterior renovation projects ranging from small building works, such as modernising kitchens and bathrooms to complete renovations and the construction of swimming pools and extensions,
nearly all in and around the Pollensa and Alcudia areas.
We have an in house workforce of very experienced builders, together with tried and tested third party specialist contractors, including electricians, plumbers, air conditioning installers and carpenters, all based in North Mallorca.
Our ability to speak fluently in English, Spanish and Mallorcan ensures clear communication and our contacts within the local Pollensa Council planning department enable Cadwell Developments to provide invaluable help to new owners in the management of their project and understanding
planning regulations in North Mallorca.
Furthermore, if necessary, we can help you find the right architect and as your project develops, our knowledge of locally available suppliers and materials will save you time and effort; from the stone merchant to the tile shops, from sanitary ware and kitchens to furniture, all are available in the Pollensa/Alcudia area.
As most of our clients are absent for the greater part of the project, we pride ourselves on building a good and effective working relationship so that Cadwell Developments delivers a positive project experience with a high quality, lasting finish that exceeds all expectations.
